This is a new position for a Job Captain with strong technical and communication skills. As the drawing production leader in the Architectural Group, the selected candidate will be responsible for all aspects of drawing production. Drawing preparation will range from concept studies through detailed construction documents. To be considered for this position, you must:

• Be able to interact within a team setting, coordinating with in-house disciplines and consultants to ensure that high quality architectural drawings are prepared
• Have the ability to supervise and mentor junior level CAD technicians, while effectively supporting the design of senior staff architects.
• Possess expertise in design software (Revit and Architectural Desktop 3.3 preferred) and have the ability to plan, schedule and manage the drawing production process.

To qualify as a candidate, you must also have a B. Arch. with at least 7-10 years of professional experience, three of which have been in the role of Job Captain. Experience on transportation projects and registration is highly preferred. The selected candidate will work on projects in all areas of S E A's practice, including exciting projects throughout the Northeast region in the Transportation, Higher Education, Municipal and State and Federal markets. Excellent interpersonal skills are essential.
