Employee Stock Ownership Plan

401(k) Retirement Savings Plan

Employees accrue vacation and sick time on a bi-weekly period.

S E A recognizes nine traditional holidays, and offers one "floating" holiday which employees can use at any time throughout the calendar year.

Family medical leave is available to employees who have been employed with S E A for 12 months (and have worked at least 1,250 hours).

Educational Expense Reimbursement
S E A Consultants encourages continuing education by its employees through the completion of credit or certificate courses offered by local colleges and universities, and offers employees reimbursement towards the cost of tuition.

Flexible work schedules are available to help employees balance their work and personal needs.

Employee Assistance/Work Life Program
S E A supports free, confidential counseling services, as well as a professional referral service to help employees with the choices and challenges we all face.

Transportation Benefit Program
S E A subsidizes the cost of employee parking and/or the use of public transportation.

Professional Registrations
S E A will reimburse employees the cost of maintaining professional registration in any state we conduct business.

S E A will reimburse the annual membership dues for active participation in up to two professional organizations.

Parental Leave
Employees regularly scheduled to work 30 or more hours per week are eligible for three days of paid parental leave for the care of their newborn or adopted child.

Educational Expense Reimbursement
S E A encourages the continued professional development of its employees through the credit or certificate courses offered by colleges and universities. S E A will contribute 75% of the actual tuition cost of approved course(s), up to a maximum of $7,500 per calendar year.

Domestic Partner
Eligible employees can also elect to provide medical and dental coverage for their domestic partner.
