S E A 's comprehensive career development process is mutual and supportive, intended to ensure continuous professional growth by providing opportunities for ever increasing technical and leadership responsibilities, formal and informal feedback processes, followed by coaching, mentoring and guiding toward performance excellence. Specifically, it's comprised of our performance management process, S E A 's internal learning program and the Career Development Committee responsible for reviewing recommendations for promotions.

S E A  is a learning organization as evidenced by our internal learning program and our excellent educational expense reimbursement policy. Currently, we are in the sixth year of our internal learning program, S E A 's Program for Business Professional DevelopmentT. The goal of this program is to provide you education and professional development in a comprehensive manner. As you move up the career ladder you have an opportunity to learn about the "business of business"; to acquire the tools you need to perform you role - from learning about project financial management to developing effective communication (written and oral) and leadership skills; and enhance performance effectiveness with colleagues and with clients.
