Directions to 215 First Street, Cambridge MA

FROM NORTH OF CAMBRIDGE/BOSTON— NEW HAMPSHIRE: Follow Interstate 93 South to Exit 26 (Storrow Dr./North Station). Follow signs for North Station/Leverett Circle/Rt 28N until you come to a traffic light. Take a left at the light towards Cambridge. At the next light, turn right onto the O'Brien Highway. The Museum of Science is on your left. Continue on O'Brien through the intersection of Edwin Land Blvd and bear left toward Cambridge Street, keeping Lechmere MBTA station on your right. Take a left onto First Street and proceed to the end of the road to 215 First Street.

FROM NORTHEAST OF CAMBRIDGE/BOSTON: Take 95 South to exit 50 towards RT 1 South and then follow Rt 1 South directions below. Follow Route 1 South and go over the Tobin Bridge (the toll is $3 for cars) and through the City Square Tunnel. Then follow signs to Storrow Dr/North Station and then N. Station/Leverett Circle/Rt 28N. At the end of the ramp, take a left after the traffic light towards Cambridge. At the next light, turn right onto the O'Brien Highway (Rt. 28). The Museum of Science is on your left. Continue on O'Brien through the intersection of Edwin Land Blvd and bear left toward Cambridge Street, keeping Lechmere MBTA station on your right. Take a left onto First Street and proceed to the end of the road to 215 First Street.

FROM NORTHWEST OF CAMBRIDGE/BOSTON: Follow Route 2 until it turns into Memorial Drive. Take a right at the next light which is Memorial Drive*/Route 3 South. Go straight through one traffic light. You will come to a split in the road, stay left. You will come to a second split, stay left to pass under Mass Ave. At third split take right to Edwin Land Blvd. Take left at next set of lights to Binney Street, take next available left onto Second Street. and another left onto Linskey Way. The Athenaeum Building is on your right and you will also find on street parking.

FROM SOUTH OF CAMBRIDGE/BOSTON: Take I-93 North Exit 26 (labelled Storrow Drive North Station/Fleet Center/Museum of Science). As you exit the tunnel, stay left for North Station/Leverett Circle. Immediately after the second traffic light, turn left. At the next light under the stone arch bridge, take a right onto the O'Brien Highway (Rt. 28). The Museum of Science is on your left. Continue on O'Brien through the intersection of Edwin Land Blvd and bear left toward Cambridge Street, keeping Lechmere MBTA station on your right. Take a left onto First Street and proceed to the end of the road to 215 First Street.

FROM WEST OF CAMBRIDGE/BOSTON: Take the Mass Turnpike (Interstate 90) East to exit #18 (Allston/Cambridge). After the toll booth ($1 for cars), take the ramp to the right. Go straight through two traffic lights and over a bridge. Take a right at the next light which is Memorial Drive* /Route 3 South. Go straight through one traffic light. You will come to a split in the road, stay left. You will come to a second split, stay left to pass under Mass Ave. At third split take right to Edwin Land Blvd. Take left at next set of lights to Binney Street, take next available left onto Second Street and another left onto Linskey Way. The Athenaeum Building is on your right and you will also find on street parking.

FROM LOGAN AIRPORT / 90-W (Mass Pike): As you leave the airport, follow signs for "Boston via The Sumner Tunnel". (There is a $3.00 toll.) Get in the right lane to exit the tunnel and enter the new Liberty Tunnel labeled Storrow Drive/Rt 3N. This links you to Exit 26 off I-93. See I-93 North Exit 26 continuation above.

Taking the T

From Green Line MBTA at Lechmere Station: Walk through concrete tunnel to the corner of Cambridge Street and First Street Walk up First Street, to #215, the Athenaeum Building.

From Red Line MBTA at Kendall Square Station: Walk down Main Street toward Globe fountain. Turn left of fountain and walk down Third Street. Take a right onto Linskey Way to First Street The Athenaeum Building sits at the intersection of First and Linskey streets.

Parking: There is a lot located on the side of the building between Binney Street and Linskey Way.

From the North: (Bangor)

• I-95 South to Exit 109 (Augusta/Winthrop)
• East on Western Avenue (Route 202) toward Augusta
• Slight right on Armory Street
• Left on Capitol Street
• About 0.3 miles, office will be on the left

From the South: (Kittery)

• I-95 North to I-295 through Portland
• Name changes back to I-95
• Take Exit 109 (Augusta/Winthrop)
• East on Western Avenue (Route 202) toward Augusta
• Slight right on Armory Street

Manchester, New Hampshire

Directions to 2 Wall Street, Manchester, NH

From Boston:

• -Take I-93 N Towards New Hampshire
• -Take the exit on the left onto I-293 N/NH-101 W toward Manchester
• -Take the exit onto I-293 N/toward NH-101/Everett Turnpike/US-3/
• -Take Exit 5-Granite Street
• -Turn Right at Granite Street
• -Turn left at Canal Street
• -Turn right at Spring Street
• -Turn left at Wall Street (after Sovereign Bank drive through lanes)

From North:

• -Take 93 S
• -Bear left after Hooksett tollbooth onto 293 S.
• -Take Exit 6 –toward Amoskeag St and Goffstown Rd. and bear left towards W. Manchester as you come off ramp
• -Take left onto Eddy Road, which becomes McGregor for approx 4/10ths of a mile
• -Take left at light onto West Bridge Street to go over the Notre Dame Bridge
• -Follow W. Bridge St for approx 3/10th mile and take first right. This road is Plaza Street.
• -Take left at stop onto Spring St.
• -S E A Parking Lot is an immediate left (with chain link fence “Parking for 2 Wall St.”).

Directions to 5 Whittier Street, Framingham, MA

From I-90 (Mass Pike)

• Take I-90 to Exit 13
• Merge onto MA-30 W / Cochituate Rd toward Framingham
• Turn right onto Whittier Street

Directions to 404 County Street, New Bedford, MA

From the North:

• Take I-93 S
• Merge onto MA-24 S via exit 4 on the left toward Brockton.
• Merge onto MA-140 S via Exit 12 toward Lakeville / New Bedford
• Merge onto I-195 E via Exit 2E toward Cape Cod
• Merge onto MA-18 S via Exit 15 toward Downtown / New Bedford
• Take the US-6 W exit toward Dartmouth
• Turn Slight Right onto US-6 W
• Turn Left onto County Street

Directions to 200 Corporate Place, Rocky Hill, CT

From the North:

• Take I-91 South to Exit 23
• Go right off the exit onto West Street
• Take first Right into Century Executive Park
• Take first right into 200 Corporate Place

From the South:

• Take I-91 North to Exit 23
• Take Left off the exit onto West Street
