S E A recently acquired Smith and Norrington Engineering Corp. (SNEC), an engineering services and engineered systems supplier. Founded in 1955, the company has focused primarily on servicing the needs of the Gas Utility Industry, which makes it a perfect fit for S E A! SNEC offers an in-house multi-disciplinary engineering and design staff with extensive experience in Gas Utility applications. Project drawings are produced efficiently and with a high degree of detail utilizing AutoCad^TM drafting systems. Permitting and code compliance assistance is provided by seasoned engineers who serve on industry technical committees. Custom software programming and system integration for microprocessor and computer based instrumentation systems are successfully completed by SNEC specialists. Electrical design and details are carefully coordinated to meet the area classifications and maximize safety. SNEC also offers experienced field engineers to perform site investigations, installation supervision, system commissioning, and personnel training.
