S E A was selected to provide full service A/E services under an IDIQ contract at the Brunswick Naval Air Station. As part of this assignment, S E  designed and oversaw construction of an addition to the tactics trainer building, a highly sophisticated center used to train Navy pilots. The new addition included support administrative areas and supply areas. S E 's work also included full site and geotechnical services for the addition.

Another Task Order included interior renovations to the supply support center building. The existing supply center at Brunswick NAS was congested, poorly planned, and out of date. S E met with the users and re-programmed the flow of goods and materials through the building in order to achieve a more efficient and attractive layout. The new facility was very well received by the Center's staff, since it achieved all the project objectives within the budget and schedule parameters.

S E  also provided design and construction services for the renovation of the existing Admiral's Headquarters. The project entailed programming to determine the size and adjacency requirements of the spaces. Since sensitive electronic equipment was located in the building, security systems were designed to impede outside surveillance.
