Working closely with the Massachusetts Air National Guard, S E A provided full architectural, planning, and engineering services for the design of three new buildings. Functionally, these buildings were designed to serve diverse needs; vehicle maintenance and vehicle storage, administrative facilities, warehousing and electronics communications training facilities.

The design of this $7.1 million complex required the coordination of a broad range of services from S E A. In addition to architectural services, S E A provided electrical, mechanical, and structural building services, as well as civil and geotechnical engineering services. The integrated effort of these disciplines resulted in an effective study, schematics, final design and construction within budget and schedule parameters. Close contact was maintained between S E A, the Massachusetts Air National Guard, and the National Guard Bureau to ensure that all Guard standards and requirements were met.
