S E A was selected by the MA Army National Guard to design the new $15 million Army Aviation Support and Readiness Center Facility for the Guard's UH-1/60 helicopters. The building area is approximately 58,000 square feet and consists of a variety of maintenance shops, storage rooms, administrative and training areas, and a large hangar bay for the aircraft. S E A designed approximately 26,000 square yards of rigid pavements, 30,000 square yards of flexible pavement, and a long perimeter security fence. A new access road and utilities will enter the site from Route 202.

The project was completed on an aggressive Type A Services schedule of only 3-months. The project was bid below the estimated construction cost of $15 million and is now in the construction stage.
