Under the terms of a "house doctor" contract for the Division of Capital Asset Management, S E A Consultants performed all architectural and structural work and led the efforts of the HVAC and electrical engineer for renovations to the Uxbridge Courthouse. The scope of work included: the replacement of the existing roof and skylights; life safety upgrades to egress routes, fire alarms, exit lighting, and other electrical work; HVAC improvements; and barrier-free accessibility repairs to meet ADA standards. The estimated cost of construction was $503,000. Design documents were prepared to meet the requirements for public bidding.
