S E A completed all the planning and design for the Lakes Business Park, a joint venture economic development project undertaken by the City of Laconia and the Town of Gilford. S E A was responsible for lot layout, roadway alignment, drainage; water and wastewater system service and extensions; pedestrian pathways; environmental control measures; off-site roadway improvements; bridge design at Jewell brook; and landscape improvements.

Due to the extensive wetlands on the site, the project required review by the local Conservation Commission and an application to the NHDES for wetland and site specific permits. The project was planned and designed to preserve as much of the wetlands as possible. Almost 60 acres of land will remain undeveloped and provide a sizable buffer between the lots and the surrounding properties.
