Lisa Dickson: A Maine Woman to Watch

MaineBiz selects Dickson as one of five honorees

08/09/2010 - MaineBiz announced today that Lisa Dickson, Principal Scientist and Regional Manager with Kleinfelder/S E A, was selected as one of five 2010 Women to Watch. The yearly Women to Watch awards honor professional women in Maine who have a proven track record of success and who have distinguished themselves as trailblazers in their field. Lisa is profiled in the publication's August 9th issue.

Dickson, a native Mainer and alumnus of Colby College, heads up Kleinfelder/S E A'S Augusta, Maine, office, one of Kleinfelder/S E A's most successful offices. Despite what became a tenuous time of decreased profitability for most A/E/C firms, Dickson added 10 new staff members last year to ramp up to an influx of projects

Dickson is a recognized authority on the Green Markets--particularly carbon and renewables. She is also author of, Maine's Fossil Record: The Paleozoic, a book the Maine Geological Society describes as "the most comprehensive treatise on Maine's bedrock fossils ever published."

She will be honored at the Women to Watch reception in Scarborough, ME, on September 23rd.

What our clients say...

This project required a complex sequence of utility relocations to clear the sites and to clear the street for tunnel construction. S E A has done an extraordinary job and knows very well university needs, site planning and engineering, as well as the process of implantation, permitting, and construction.
