S E A Client Wins EPA Excellence Award

Pittsfield, Massachusetts wastewater treatment plant receives accolades

01/07/2009 - S E A performed a comprehensive evaluation of this 17-MGD secondary wastewater treatment plant for the City of Pittsfield. The evaluation resulted in the development of a 20-year capital improvement plan (CIP), providing recommendations for both near-and long-term treatment plant upgrades including process modifications, phosphorus and nitrogen removal, equipment upgrades, building improvements, and energy conservation improvements and re-use measures. S E A is responsible for the design of the first phase of capital improvements recommended in the plan.
