01/12/2009 - Mike Cunningham's cover story on "Developing a Stormwater Utility" is in the current issue of the BSCES News along with Betsy Frederick's article on newly proposed stormwater regulations for Massachusetts.
Cunningham is a Principal Engineer and has been with S E A since 2001. Frederick is a Principal Scientist and has been with the firm for more than 13 years.
