Bill Naughton, P.G. Joins S E A Consultants
As Federal Client Services Manager
08/05/2009 - S E A Consultants is delighted to announce the hiring of William (Bill) Naughton to serve as its Federal Government Client Services Manager. In this role, Bill will strategically expand and manage S E A's federal government architectural, engineering, planning, and environmental remediation business for U.S. DoD and civilian agencies. He will work in partnership with long-time firm Principal, Robert (Bob) Brandon, AIA.
Bill is a Registered Professional Geologist with 25 years of engineering, program management, and construction experience with the U.S. Army, Navy, Air Force, National Guard, Coast Guard, USDA, EPA, GSA, and other federal agencies. His experience includes managing over 200 ID/IQ programs and projects in 42 states. Through effective partnering with clients and stakeholders, he has reduced lifecycle design, construction, and operations costs by over $25M.
Most recently, Bill served as Vice President of Operations for H&S Environmental of Westborough, MA, developing government compliant management systems and managing engineering, operations and maintenance, and construction contracts for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Navy, Coast Guard, and GSA throughout the Eastern United States. He previously managed regional and nationwide Army, National Guard, Air Force, and Navy design/build, engineering, and construction programs for Stone & Webster in Boston, MA, and IT Corporation in Pleasanton, CA and Overland Park, Kansas.
Bill is on the Board of Directors and is currently the Chaplain for the Society of American Military Engineers Boston Post. He has served as the Chairperson for the Annual Spring Scholarship Dinner Meeting when the Post awarded over $65,000 in scholarships to deserving engineering college students.
