S E A to Design LEED Silver Training Center
For Army Reserve Armed Forces
10/28/2009 - As the lead designer on the KBE Building Corporation team, S E A will be designing a 240,000-square foot LEED Silver certified Army Reserve Armed Forces Training Center in Middletown, CT, for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Louisville District. KBE and S E A were awarded this project based on outstanding technical qualifications, experience, and a cost-effective innovative design that blended physical site restrictions and environmental concerns with the Army's mission requirements, ensuring sustainability for both the environment and Army Reserve needs.
What our clients say...
This project required a complex sequence of utility relocations to clear the sites and to clear the street for tunnel construction. S E A has done an extraordinary job and knows very well university needs, site planning and engineering, as well as the process of implantation, permitting, and construction.
