S E A was selected by Massport to perform architectural and engineering services for a new $20M State Police Facility at Logan Airport. Phase I, a feasibility study, includes site selection, programming, concept design, estimate of probable construction cost, development of a project schedule and a final report. The S E A Team is working in close collaboration with Massport and with the Logan State Police on the Phase I Feasibility Study to understand the present and future State Police Operations at this large International Airport. The goal is to develop a plan which will allow the State Police to function to their best ability and continue to ensure safety at Logan Airport. Upon completion of the feasibility study, the project will move into Phase II which will include site and building design, as well as construction administration.
