S E A is currently in the preliminary design phase with the Norwalk Transit District (NTD) to develop better circulation and amenities at the Pulse Point facility. Located on Burnell Boulevard, Pulse Point is the central location for all of Norwalk's fixed route buses, as well as buses from four other public agencies. NTD's goals are to improve operations and working conditions and enhance overall passenger comfort and safety.

S E A explored possibilities of widening Burnell Boulevard to accommodate two-way traffic and ways of working with an abutting developers to improve passenger circulation throughout the area. Station improvements will include adding canopies, providing bus drivers' lunch and rest room areas, improving signage, and adding street furniture, lighting, and landscaping.
