On March 29, 2023, the company was successfully listed on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (Stock Code: 2409.HK), becoming the first listed ship management company on the Hong Kong stock market. For three consecutive years (2023—2025), the company has been ranked among the World’s Top 10 Global Ship Management Companies, marking a historic breakthrough as the first Chinese ship management company to enter the global Top 10 ranking. Currently, the company ranks No. 1 in China and No. 9 globally in terms of third-party ship management scale.

Leveraging extensive industry experience and a broad client base, we further expanded into shipbuilding supervision services in 2019. From commencement of these services up to June 30, 2025, we have been appointed to provide supervision for more than 200 shipbuilding projects across various types of vessels, including bulk carriers, container vessels, multi-purpose vessels, oil tankers, chemical tankers, offshore engineering vessels, car carriers, LPG carriers, VLGCs, aquaculture vessels, wind farm installation vessels, LNG bunkering vessels, and Ro-Ro passenger vessels. As of June 30, 2025, the fleet controlled by our company and its joint ventures comprised 38 vessels. With the large and diversified fleet, we provide cargo transport services to our clients, including commodities such as iron ore, coal, grain, steel products, timber, cement, fertilizer, nickel ore and bauxite, asphalt, oil products, and molten sulphur.

Guided by China’s “Dual Carbon” goals, Seacon Shipping is steadily advancing fleet green transformation by phasing out high-energy-consuming older vessels, introducing new environmentally friendly vessels, and comprehensively promoting the construction of methanol dual-fuel powered vessels. Currently, our joint ventures have placed orders for six 20,000 m³ LNG bunkering vessels, and we are working with Shanghai Maritime University to build China’s first green multi-functional research and training vessel. The Group continues to build hands-on capabilities in operating and managing new-energy vessel types, and has successfully taken over the management of LNG gas carriers and dual-fuel car carriers among others, with continuously enhanced professional management standards and service capabilities.

Seacon Shipping is accelerating digital and intelligent transformation: it has independently developed the proprietary “GREEN FUTURE” GHG Emission Management System for vessels, which won the 2024 Green Decarbonization Innovation Application Award in the shipping industry. The company has built the dedicated AI model “Seacon-AI” for route planning, risk alerts, and supply chain optimization. Together with the Seacon Big Data Platform, this system drives end-to-end visualization, traceability, and predictability management across the whole shipping process, achieving intelligent upgrades in key areas such as speed control and fuel optimization. The company’s “AI-Agent-Based Smart Digital Vessel Management Platform” project won the 2025 Shipping Industry Top Ten Technological Innovation Application Award. Driven by both “hardware upgrades + intelligent management”, the company has expedited the development of a low-carbon, efficient, and smart modern fleet, aiming to become a pioneer in the industry’s green development.

In 2018, we were awarded “The Most Popular Ship Management Company” by the Zheng He Navigation Awards Organizing Committee. In 2021, we received the “2021 Ship Management & Crew Services Excellence Award” from the International Ship Management (Shanghai) Summit Forum. In 2022, we were honored as “The Best Shipping Company” by the Zheng He Navigation Awards Organizing Committee. Since 2017, we have maintained the GB/T19001–2016 / ISO9001:2015 Quality Management System certification and held a Class A “Equipment Supervision Unit Certificate” issued by the China Association of Plant Engineering Consultants.
