Investment and Development

The vessels under our control mainly consist of dry bulk carriers that we own and operate independently, jointly manage with business partners, or lease with long-term through bareboat charter or finance leasing arrangements. On the other hand, our chartered-in vessels primarily comprise dry bulk carriers leased from vessel suppliers under time-charter arrangements.

Operating Fleet: As of June 30, 2025, the fleet under the control of us and our joint ventures consists of 38 vessels, with a combined carrying capacity of 1.48 million dwt, and an annual transport volume of approximately 50 million deadweight tons.
